At Gyptech we work hard to continually lead the gypsum industry in innovation, quality and service. These are some of our recent achievements:
Gyptech Named Supplier of the Year
The 11th annual Global Gypsum Conference and Exhibition, held in Las Vegas, saw many vendors, exhibitors from the international gypsum industry. This year Gyptech was awarded Global Gypsum's Supplier of the Year.
Most recently we are proud to say that NuGyp, a company Gyptech took a minority stake in the ownership of, has installed production scale equipment in Monterrey, Mexico which is officially operational and being run independently by Panel Rey S.A. NuGyp LoCal is an innovative method of reducing the water demand of gypsum plasters for use in the manufacture of Gypsum products. This process is useful in saving energy and additive costs in the production of not only gypsum board, but also in reducing the cost of manufacturing special low water demand high strength plasters. After months of pilot testing and studies NuGyp along with Panel Rey decided it was time to take the risk and do a full scale installation. The results were better than we could have asked for, thanks to the ongoing assistance of NuGyp & expert equipment support from Gyptech. Gyptech has always sought after innovation and progression in the industry. That being said, a recent project to incorporate robots into our Dunnage Placement system has resulted in a fully automated process optimized for existing pit stacker systems.
